I will arrive on time to set up and give you time to fill out any necessary paperwork. After talking to you about the session, I will leave the room and allow time for you to prepare for your massage in private. When your message is finished and you've redressed, open the door so that I may come back in and pack up my equipment. We will then talk about your session, next appointment, establish session goals, and take care of billing before I leave your location.
No. You should undress to what ever you are comfortable with. Most clients will keep their underwear on. We recommend that you take off your bra if you are comfortable doing so, because it allows for a more even movement across your muscles. If you do want to stay fully clothed, make sure you wear something comfortable, soft, and flexible so that I can provide the best massage possible.
No. I will leave the room and close the door to give you complete privacy. If you have an open-floor plan I will go behind a wall or wait in your bathroom. I will stay there then knock and get verbal consent before I re-enter.
Have a spot in mind for me to set up, it should be big enough so that you can lay down and extend your arms. Shower if you have not recently, and pull your hair back into a pony tail so that it is out of the way. Finally consider what you will will wear during the session. Will you be undressed, or do you need to change into comfortable clothing?
I will bring the table, fleece, heating top, sheets, a bolster and a blanket. I will also have lotion or cream as the massage medium.
I accept credit or debit cards. You can also always pay with cash, we do not accept checks.
You can cancel or reschedule at any point twenty four hours before your appointment. If it is past the twenty four hours before or day off we do charge fifty percent.
